Hardangerfjord as a Vacation Destination

Hardangerfjord is an excellent choice for hiking trips, active holidays, camping holidays. Its coastal location offers direct access to the sea and plenty of water activities. The best time to visit is June, July, August with temperatures up to 18°C.

A rental car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area. As an upscale destination, a more generous budget is advisable. Campers will find pitches for both tents and caravans.
