Steyr
Located in Upper Austria about 30 km south of Linz, Steyr is one of the country's oldest cities. Steyr possesses one of Austria's finest old towns, situated at the picturesque confluence of the Enns and Steyr rivers and graced with magnificent Gothic and Renaissance townhouses. The historic main square ensemble ranks among Austria's most significant and is particularly atmospheric in every season. In December, Steyr transforms into one of the country's most romantic Christmas cities and is home to the famous Christkindl post office.
