Trebinje
Trebinje is the southernmost city in Bosnia and enjoys a remarkably mild Mediterranean climate, with lush plane trees and vineyards shaping the relaxed atmosphere of this Adriatic gem. The Ottoman Arslanagić Bridge and the cypress-shaded lanes of the old town give the city an almost timeless, southern European flair. The wine region around Trebinje produces excellent Žilavka and Vranac wines, enjoyed at surprisingly affordable prices in the local konobas.
