Westfjords as a Vacation Destination

Westfjords is an excellent choice for hiking trips, active holidays. Its coastal location offers direct access to the sea and plenty of water activities. The best time to visit is June, July, August with temperatures up to 10°C.

A rental car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area. As an upscale destination, a more generous budget is advisable. Tent camping sites are available.
